Training and boarding for people who want their dog beside them in every chapter of life.
HiLine K9 isn't a dog training company. It's a platform for partnership — built for people who see their dog as a companion in every chapter of life, not a pet to be managed.
We work in real terrain because that's where real reliability is earned. Mountains, rivers, ridgelines — the places that matter to you are the classrooms that matter to us.
Companions. Connection.
The outdoors. All of life.
2-week immersive. We dismantle bad habits and rebuild from the ground up — marker conditioning, leash pressure, and the recall that brings them back from anywhere.
4-week board and train with real field exposure. Your dog earns off-leash status on trail, ridgeline, and river — the environments you actually live in.
6-week deep work for dogs with reactivity, bite history, or serious behavioral drift. Includes bite work and retrieve fundamentals where appropriate.
Three qualities. Every dog. Every environment.
Every dog that comes through HiLine leaves with more than commands. They leave with a relationship — built on clear pressure, honest communication, and earned trust.
We call it HOWL. Four principles that shape everything we do, from the first leash drag to the final off-leash ridgeline pass.
The mountain doesn't care about your dog's mood. Neither do we — but we do care about their trust.
Clear communication, no shortcuts. Dogs thrive on consistency — we give them exactly that, every time.
We hand tools back to you. A trained dog with an untrained handler is a liability on the trail.
Every dog is different. We read behavior, not scripts, and adapt to what the animal actually needs.
Pressure and praise in right measure. This is the work because we genuinely love the animal.
We don't train in parking lots and call it done. Every dog at HiLine earns their reliability in the same environments you'll actually use them — variable, unpredictable, demanding.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute intake — no charge, no pressure. We want to make sure it's the right fit before we commit to your dog.
